What do you think the rain is telling you? After attending the sustainability course and geography course at Pratt, I interpreted rain that conveying the message about global warming. Aiming to bring rain into the audience’s view and encouraging people to pay more attention to our natural sources, Letters from Rain collect, organize, and observe how rain emerges as a part of one’s personal memory within various growing environments. This is an anthology of self-written letters from 25 participants talking about their own interpretation of rain, collected with related images and Rain’s letter typeface that I designed based on my own understanding of the window view with raindrops on.
